we come for christmas and the staff were friendly. breakfast was nice and had hot foods.
i booked a pirate room, it was not clean. i discovered used tampon under bed. customer services did not apologies and did not seem to care.

Amazing Family Experience
toddler seats breakfast options themed room
My family and I found many activities to occupy our time. Toileting was easy since all bathrooms include toddler seats. Breakfast offered many great options, including cooked and continental choices with available drinks. The Lego themed room impressed us.
The loud music played across the resort was excessive. I feel the volume should be reduced to improve the overall experience.

The room featured great lego themes and was very clean. The room provided fun through the quest to open a treasure chest. My youngest son was thrilled with the surprise inside.

Breakfast offered a great choice of food items. I especially liked the gluten free options available. The breakfast staff proved friendly, helpful, and made our meal that much more enjoyable

The hotel is located within walking distance to a car park and to the theme park. This accessibility made it easy to get around. My family appreciated the convenience.

From arrival, staff greeted us with smiles and enthusiasm. The reception team proved efficient and attentive to our needs. I found Luke at reception to be a superstar. He answered all my questions.
